![]() ![]() I could not understand why a 5 star resort of this quality didn't have allergens info on every product. So put it apart with space in between them. What happens? Of course when people get the sour cream, yoghurt, cheese behind the milk free products drop a bit in these milk-free products. Also the things i knew where milk free, where before a milk containing product. I could not know which bread was milk free. In the buffet breakfast Market Place, there are 0 allergens information. Nowhere info to be found about what is in the food. The bad: Food is very bad for people like me with milk intolerance. Everything is maintained very good and a good entertainment team! Room is beautiful. It is absolutely one of the prettiest resorts. But in the end, we’ll just take our business elsewhere next time, where staff is trained to serve the guests and to ensure that our experience is worth repeating. I can go on and on with all the little things that annoyed the heck out of us and made a perfect vacation quite the opposite. You also may want to consider training your staff that cognac is never to be served on the rocks that before declaring a room ready for check in, it would be nice to ensure safety box batteries are not dead or that toilet seat is not falling off, exposing some nasty marks below that maintaining a strict dress code for men (no Capri pants in restaurants, since they are “short”, no tank top in the buffet, while women can basically wear bikini with a little piece of sheer cloth above) is ridiculous in a beach resort that hot water availability is an important priority. Dear Secrets, It’s not enough to build a nice hotel in an awesome location to be considered an elite destination. ![]()
